About Shayna:
Shayna Samuels Turner leads the Mothership Kirtan Collective, a high-vibe band that facilitates transformative ecstatic chanting experiences in Denver and Boulder. For over two decades, Shayna has dedicated herself to the sacred practice of kirtan, channeling the transcendent energy that rises when voices unite in song.
As co-founder of the Mothership Yoga Lounge in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico with her husband Glenn, Shayna creates sacred spaces where community members can connect with their inner fire through movement, breath, and sound. Her formal training; as a Vinyasa Yoga instructor, complements her lifelong devotion to dance and chanting, creating an integrated approach to spiritual practice.
