About the event
STEPHEN BROSS returns; along with BILL GIEBLER and REKHA OHAL:
Stephen Bross is an avid tabla player in the Denver-Boulder kirtan scene. A drummer since childhood, he discovered tabla as an exchange student in Pune, India. He has toured with Krishna Das, and Adam Bauer, and has performed with Dave Stringer, Bagwan Das, Guru Ganesh, Donna DeLory, Jeff Pevar, and with Estaban at Red Rocks.
He currently plays on Sunday with The Bhakti Shakti Band, as well as other kirtan groups in Boulder and Denver. Additionally, he is the founder of the visionary project The Power of Us, a Boulder based intentional community cooperative whose mission is protecting the planet and democracy from the inside out.
We are looking forward to having Stephen back to play with band, along with awesome keyboard skills of Bill, and the vocal talent of Rekha! Come sing, chant and dance with us.
