MAKAYSHA RAIN joins Bhakti Shakti Kirtan: Sunday Night Live

MAKAYSHA RAIN brings her magic to this weeks kirtan!

Makaysha Rain is a kirtan leader, singer, songwriter, and vocal coach. She teaches voice through on-line courses and in person inspiring hundreds of students to express themselves through the power of singing. She has been leading kirtans in the Boulder area for years, has her music on Spotify and has played with the Bhakti Shakti Band on several occasions. She always engages the community with an open heart and inspires us to go deep and express our true voice. We are excited to have her join us again and bring her beautiful presence to co-lead the evening.

Ken Bernstein and Gayan Gregory Long will also lead a couple chants. Bill McCrossen will bring his virtuosic bass playing while Dexter Payne makes notes soar though the talent of his woodwind playing.

Tickets are $20 in advance or at the door.Come sing kirtan with us Sunday Night Live! Every week we gather to sing the Sanskrit names of divine awareness, dance our hearts open, and sing with a community that communes with the love that is at the core of our being. You are the choir, so join us and we will inspire each other into the flow state of loving awareness. We chant sacred Sanskrit mantras for the benefit of all beings. Come connect with our sweet community, bring a snack to be transformed into prasad, and help us put out some good vibes!
